Living Room Secrets the soap opera for the stage recently premiered at the Apollo Chicago Theater in Lincoln Park and continues to generate excitement and buzz around town. This eclectic presentation of an urban story paralleled with spoken word, and song will be showcased for an encore performance Saturday, March 18, 2006 at the Apollo Theater in Lincoln Park in the heart of Chicago’s North Side. Naima Dawson’s Living Room Secrets features some of Chicago’s own best kept secrets of actors, spoken word artists and singers.

Naima Dawson, playwright and CEO of All Hype Entertainment, became known for bringing cutting edge plays to diverse audiences, when she emerged three years ago with her hilarious hit comedy play, And Then There Was Poetry which continues to sell out at select venues around the Chicago land area. Living Room Secrets, her latest production, is a spectacular epic play which comes to life in episodes on the stage just like any real soap opera found on television today.

This comedy catches the audience off guard with vibrant themes snatched from everyday life. Its longevity lives in its’ reality driven themes.
