Martha Stewart 'nabbed' as prison spokesperson Private prison company hopes popular inmate will discourage escapes and help regain confidence in prisons

Now the stock that was the “cash cow of the 90s” is back with a vengeance thanks to the Martha Stewart, who was found guilty. But the domestic lifestyle diva, who will probably serve 18 months in prison has found someone who can still believe in her marketability. CCA's stock price, which began falling when O.J. Simpson was found not guilty, saw it’s first surge in seven years. The two empires have already produced their first magazine, Living Behind Bars (see right) which shows the best way to make jailhouse chili, decorating cots, and how to throw memorable prison parties and weddings for less than two boxes of cigarettes.
