R. Kelly's bionic eyes saw gun men in Garden

R&B artist claims I Believe I Can Fly song is 'based on a true story'

CHICAGO--Tired of the ridicule, R & B artist R. Kelly announced yesterday that he was able to see the men with guns far away in the bleachers of Madison Square Garden during the "Unfinished Business" concert tour featuring him and Jay Z because he has superhuman, bionic eyes.

"This constant ridicule has forced me to come public with this very private truth," said Kelly from his Rockland studio in Chicago. "I not only have bionic eyes, but I use them to fight crime at night. I can fly too. My song, I Believe I Can Fly is based on a true story."

Kelly also announced that he was starting an "Office of Rockland Security" and that Indiana Pacers star Jermaine O'Neal would head the new office. "He saw the same gun men I saw in the Garden at the Detroit game. That's the kind of man I need head king up the home fight against terrorism."
