Crimes that White people commit with little to no consequences, but if these were commited by a Black person they would probably be dead or be in prison for a very long time
Oklahoma City, police reported.
Jack Christopher Provin, 35, was arrested on complaints of reckless conduct with a firearm, carrying a firearm while intoxicated, and discharging a firearm in public. Shortly after 12:30 a.m. officers arrived at the residence of Provin, he was standing on the roof of his house holding a handgun to his head.
Provin reportedly held “at least one gun pointed at his head and would occasionally alternate between a handgun and a shotgun,” police reported.
At one point, Provin dropped his cell phone off the house, which caused him to have a violent outburst. He reportedly fired the first of two rounds into the air with the handgun.
As more officers arrived and took position, Provin started to “aggressively walk toward officers holding one gun or the other, shouting obscenities and demanding officers shoot/kill him,” the police report states. He returned to the roof and fired a second shotgun round, according to police.
